MOMS IN TOUCH has now officially started! We will meet in Room 202, upstairs in the concessions area of the Brunsworth Gym, every Thursday, at 11:15am. We will pray for our students, faculty, staff and community, as well as our own children. No need to pray aloud. Just come and be blessed. We will end promptly at 12:15. We might even do lunch together! All are welcome. Please come!

SHINE Members of the 2007-2008 School Year will have a lunch meeting on Tuesday, August 26th in Klekamp Hall. Meet Ms. Gatlin at the reserved SHINE table with your own lunch for the meeting. Everyone should be in attendance.
SENIORS: Sr. interested in serving on the Sr. trip committee see Mr. Fluegel by end of day Wednesday in Room 121 and sign up.
CANDY: Candy is available for purchase in Room 126 during Commons time or after school. See Mrs. Krause for information. Snacks are available for purchase during Commons time as well, see Miss Meyer.
BEYOND MY FRONT DOOR (BMFD)- BMFD is our service program where four days during the school year we take everyone off campus to a variety of different agencies, schools, nursing homes, etc. to do service projects. If you would be interested in being a BMFD leader (high school students only), please sign up in Mrs. Koeneman's office and attend an informational meeting during lunch Wed., August 27, in Miss Duley's room #116 (bring your lunch). Leader expectations & training will be stepped up this year which we will explain during our meeting. One big change is that we will be meeting weekly during lunch on Wednesdays in Miss Duley's room throughout the school year. More info on Wednesday!
Looking for service hours? An association church - Holy Cross Lutheran- is looking babysitter coverage for a variety of dates and times. For further information, please see Mrs. Koeneman in the Association Office (across from the school office).
WELCOME: DLS welcomes two student teachers this fall from affilitate university, Concordia University Wisconsin. Mr. Stephen Morrill will be working with the science department, and Miss Terri Bartel will be working with the English Department. Be sure to offer them a warm Texas welcome.
