How to Apply

Dallas Lutheran School (DLS) encourages prospective students to apply as early as it is convenient for the family.

The application must be completed with supplemental forms before the parent-student interview will be scheduled. The application fee of $125 must be submitted with your application, and the enrollment fee is due upon acceptance to Dallas Lutheran School.

Creating an Online Application

Applications for 2024/2025 school year open on October 30, 2023.

To begin the Online Application process, please create an account.

Once you have logged into your account, create a new student application for your child.  You will then have the flexibility to Log in and out of your account and access your child's application at any time.  There you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Application Dates and Deadlines

Application:

Applications Open Online: October 30, 2023.

$125 Application Fee Due with Submission

Priority Application Deadline: January 31, 2024.

Supplemental Application Documents and ISEE Results Deadline: February 15, 2024.

Principal Interviews: February 20, 2024 through March 7, 2024.

Applications will be accepted after the Priority Application and Enrollment dates but will be considered late; offers will be made on a space available basis.

Current Student Re-Enrollment Fee After March 23, 2024 is $850.

New Student Enrollment Fee After March 23, 2024 is $850.

Financial Aid:

Priority Financial Aid Applications including all Supporting Documents Deadline: February 15, 2024.

Dallas Lutheran School Entrance Information

Dallas Lutheran School uses the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE.)

The ISEE is a three-hour test. Students may test at a number of sites in the Dallas area, including DLS, and online.

DLS will administer the ISEE on several Saturdays during the testing season.

Fees vary according to advance registration.
